If you have ideas but need some on-site advice to confirm you are on the right track, this is a most effective, time-efficient, and practical way to go.

Just make an appointment and Kevin will come and walk through your garden with you, tackling problems and offering solutions for you on the spot. This has proven a most useful approach for new home builders, and for those who are modifying an existing garden.

Concept plans

You may need to go a step further and have some plans drawn up so that you can consolidate larger areas of garden and blend in major features. This is the 'big-picture' approach which will give landscape contractors the specifications to work to if it is being constructed in one project. Alternatively, they could be used as working plans by owner-builders who wanted to work on the garden over a longer period. They would be confident that the end result would produce a unified vision.

The clients are consulted on their needs and desires, then a rough concept is drawn up for you to approve or modify before the final draft is completed. There is no obligation for the client to use Kevin Walsh and his preferred contractors for the construction of the garden.

Plant selection

It may be that you have a problem area where nothing seems to grow, or that you want to redevelop your garden to make it more water-efficient, or create a shady nook with unusual plants.

Kevin can meet you and discuss your needs and will develop a plant schedule recommending a selection of plants best suited to do the job, taking into account your location, climate, and soil conditions.
